Operation of brush cutters, trimmers, mowers, sprayers
The most dangerous activities in terms of accidents are clearly those involving agricultural machinery. Do not neglect the importance of training the operators of this equipment.
Training is also conducted remotely in the form of E-learning.
The employer shall regularly, clearly and demonstrably acquaint each employee with the law
and other regulations to ensure health and safety at work, including when operating agricultural machinery, in particular brush cutters, trimmers, mowers, or sprayers, irrigation and milking equipment.
The familiarisation shall be carried out 1×24 months, by a qualified competent person.
The employer is obliged to inform employees of all measures and procedures that are necessary in the event that human life is endangered.
The purpose of the familiarisation is:
- to familiarise workers who operate agricultural machinery with safe working practices for the operation, maintenance and repair of work equipment
- to inform those involved of the possible dangers, hazards and risks involved in their activities,
- to inform those involved of specific injuries and accidents that have occurred during operation, maintenance and repair,
- inform them about the correct use of work equipment.
